King Approves Forming of Integrated Supreme Committee for Heritage, Antiquities

AlQa'dah 20, 1432, Oct 18, 2011, SPA -- Prince Sultan bin Salman, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, announced today that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved that an integrated higher committee to oversee the heritage and antiquities be formed within the strategy of heritage conservation and protection.
Prince Sultan bin Salman announced also, that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has issued a directive that an exclusive exhibition on restored heritage be held as part of the annual National Festival for Culture and Heritage in Janadriyah on the outskirts of the city of Riyadh.
