AlQa'dah 13, 1432, Oct 11, 2011, SPA -- Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsan Oglu, Secretary General of the Islamic Cooperation Organization, renewed here today the support of ICO for the Gulf Cooperation Council's initiative to switch off the crisis in Yemen, pointing out that the current events confirm that this initiative remains the ideal framework to cope with the escalating developments in this country. In a press statement, Oglu called on all Yemeni parties to stick to reason, sit together, discuss and negotiate ways to get out of this impasse. -- SPA
