AlQa'dah 13, 1432, Oct 11, 2011, SPA - The Deputy Minister of Education and General Supervisor of King Abdulaziz Public Library, Faisal bin Abdul Rahman Bin Muammar inaugurated at Beijing University here today the 4th Forum of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Award for Translation, organized by the Library within the handing-over ceremony of the Award to the winners. Addressing the Forum entitled "The Role of Translation in Enrichment of Cultural Communications Among Peoples, Arab-Chinese Relations, A Model", Bin Muammar emphasized the importance of translation to promote cooperation and creative civilization communication, noting the Award promotes translation from and into Arabic as an embodiment of the King's initiative for the promotion of dialogues among civilizations and cultures.
