Investigators say a powerful car bomb killed eight people, including an 11-year-old girl and a police officer, in Russia's volatile Dagestan province, as AP reported. The Investigative Committee, Russia's top investigative body, said the explosive that was planted in a car parked at a road crossing in the central Levashinsky district also wounded six more police officers Wednesday.
