"The day, the King laid the foundation stone for the new expansion of the Holy Mosque of Makkah, will be remembered for ever as a glittering event. Moreover, the new expansion exceeds all other expansions through the Mosque's history within the framework of important projects in Makkah in addition to the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah," Sheikh Al-Homaid said.
