Prince Sultan Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has highlighted the intensive growth of tourism activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this year, stressing the importance of availing national tourism facilities during Eid Al-Fitr holidays. According to Tourism Information and Research Center, statistics showed that the national tourism has grown during the summer of this year by nearly 27% compared to the summer of the year 2010, pointing to the implementation of 15 festivals during this year's summer. The Prince said, "The blessed month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr holidays came within the framework of this year's summer season, which are considered as encouraging factors to enhancing the national tourism this season.
