Industrial Cities' Projects Cost SR 7 Billion in 4 Years

The Director General of Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), Dr. Tawfiq bin Fauzan Al-Rabiah, pointed out that the total costs of the establishment, expansion and development of industrial cities projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amounted to SR 7 billion during the past four years.
In a press conference held here yesterday, Dr. Al-Rabiah said that the Authority is currently supervising 20 industrial cities in all provinces, noting that industrial cities have so far provided 320,000 direct jobs.
He indicated that the Authority plans to increase the number of industrial cities to more than 40 cities by the year 2015.
