An Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot was killed Tuesday when his fighter jet crashed in the north-western state of Rajasthan, officials said. The MiG-21 crashed at the Nal airbase in Bikaner district as it was returning from a training sortie, IAF spokesman Wing Commander TK Singha said. The pilot ejected but was injured, and died later at the air force hospital. An investigation had been ordered, Singha was quoted as saying by the German Press Agency "DPA"
