Turkish FM resigns over explosion victims

Turkish Foreign Minister Marcos Kebryano today presented his resignation to President Demetrius Christofias.
Turkish media said it was not clear whether the president has accepted the resignation, the second after the Defense minister's over last week's deadly explosion which led to 13 fatalities.
