At least 46 people were seriously injured in a gas explosion at a wedding in southern Russia, officials said Saturday. According to dpa, six children who suffered burns were among those taken to hospital. According to media reports, a gas container exploded during the function in Vladikavkaz, the capital of the republic of North Ossetia. The cause of the explosion was not known.
