Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General has sent a cable of congratulations to President Andry Rajoelina of Madagascar on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Madagascar steady progress and prosperity.
