Crown Prince sends Cable of Congratulations to Madagascar's President

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Madagascar's President Andry Rajoelina on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
