At least 15 Afghan civilians died and 45 were wounded after a car bomb detonated in central Logar province, a government official said. The explosion in Azra district took place near a public hospital, said Din Mohammad Darwish, the spokesman for the provincial governor. "A part of the building also collapsed, " he was quoted as saying by the German Press Agency "DPA".
