U.S. President Barack Obama will speak tomorrow via videoconference with Afghan President Hamid Karzai as the United States considers a calendar and the pace to withdraw troops, the White House said Monday. Spokesman Jay Carney said the U.S. President will decide soon on the pace of the troop withdrawal, which is scheduled to start in July. The news came after Obama convened his national security team for two hours of discussion on the war in Afghanistan and the situation in neighboring Pakistan, Carney said.
