Nigerian President Signs $29.2 Billion Budget

Nigeria's president has signed a new budget two days before the start of a new term at the helms of Africa's most populous country.
Nigerian state TV showed President Goodluck Jonathan signing the $29.2 billion budget Friday evening at the State House in the capital city of Abuja.
Jonathan also signed a sovereign wealth fund bill Friday, according to a report of the Associated Press.
Jonathan will be inaugurated Sunday after winning an April 16 election.
