Officials say heavily armed assailants have killed two police officers and wounded another in eastern Indonesia. Local police chief Deden Garnada says the gunmen arrived by motorcycle on Wednesday and stormed a police post in front of a bank in Palu, the capital of Central Sulawesi province. The four men _ wearing masks and helmets _ shot the three officers with automatic weapons and fled, according to a report of the Associated Press. Police say they are still investigating the attackers' motives.
