Malaysian rescuers were working to recover the injured and dead from an orphanage buried in a landslide Saturday in Hulu Langat outside Kuala Lumpur, UPI reported. He said the orphanage is located on a hillside in a semirural area where it has been raining for two days. Mat said about 100 people, including officers from the fire and police departments, were involved in rescue efforts. The students were outside practicing for an upcoming drum performance when the landslide occurred "The landslide happened very fast," Mat said. "Only a few children managed to escape."
