Pakistan has expressed its desire to strengthen trade ties with the Republic of Azerbaijan and to work jointly in this area. The Pakistani ambassador to Baku Enayatollah Kaker said that the bolstering of cooperation in the field of trade and investment is in the interests of both countries. "We must work to raise the level of cooperation in this domain and explore the beneficial opportunities (in this context)." Addressing businessmen in Azerbaijan, he underlined the need to exploit the available investment opportunities in Pakistan, stressing that the Pakistani government provides incentives for investors, especially foreigners.
