The Afghan Defense Ministry says at least three people have been killed and many wounded in a blast inside Kabul's main military hospital. Defense Ministry spokesman Gen. Mohammed Zaher Azimi said Saturday's blast occurred inside a tent on the grounds of the Mohammad Daud Khan military hospital in central Kabul. He says the army is checking if the explosion was caused by a bomb or a suicide bomber, according to a report of the Associated Press.
