Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thinayyan, President of Jubail and Yanbu Royal Commission and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) held talks here today with the President of the National Commission for Development and reforms in the Peoples Republic of China Jung Exu Jing. The meeting was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to China Yahya Al-Zaid, SABIC's Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Al-Mady and a number of officials of SABIC. During the meeting, cordial talks were exchanged and ways of boosting cooperation between the two sides were discussed. For his part, Jing lauded the pioneering role of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in boosting relations between the two countries, citing the successes of the joint ventures of SABIC and ARAMCO in china and the Chinese private sector in building railways, construction projects and engineering in Saudi Arabia. Later, the Saudi delegation also met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Fujingian and his senior aides. During the meeting, ways of boosting investments between the two giant companies were discussed.
