Baroness Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy will start later today a three-day visit to the United States. She will hold talks with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and U.S. National Security Advisor Tom Donilon on the current situation in the Arab region, especially the Libyan and Syrian affairs and the latest developments in the Middle East.
