Lebanese Acting Minister of Information Meets SPA Director General

Minister of Information in the Lebanese care taker government Tariq Mitri met here today the Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein; delegations of the Directors general of Arab and international news agencies and other media men taking part in the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA)'s celebration for its golden jubilee.
During the meeting, the minister welcomed the delegations, stressing the importance of news agencies transmission of latest events to help people to understand what are taking place on the ground, which exactly the role played by news agencies.
The meeting was attended by Director general of the Lebanese Ministry of Information Hassan Falha and the Director of the NNA Laure Suleiman.
