SPA Director General arrives in Beirut to take part in Lebanese National News Agency's golden Jubilee celebrations

Awal 28, 1432, May 2, 2011, SPA -- Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein, Director General of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), arrived in Beirut today to take part in the Lebanese National News Agency's golden jubilee celebrations.
At Rafiq Al-Hariri International airport, he was received by the Director of Lebanese National News Agency Lore Sleiman Saab and a number of officials of the agency.
In an arrival statement, Al-Hussein expressed pleasure to take part in the Golden anniversary celebrations of the Lebanese National News Agency, confirming close cooperation between the two news agencies.
He added that meetings between officials of the two agencies manage to tackle matters that reaffirm close ties between them in the way for integration.
He addressed the challenges facing the Arab media, citing the importance of matching with the speedy technologies of the current era, thanking his hosts for warm reception and wishing them continuous success.
