Yemeni President Receives Message from His Russian Counterpart

Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh received a message today from Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on means of boosting relations and enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
President Medvedev expressed Russia's support for the GCC initiative to resolve the crisis in Yemen and reiterated that Russia supports Yemen's efforts in the fight against terrorism.
The message was handed over to President Saleh by Sergei Vershinin, the Envoy of Russian President.
