Teaching of English language shall start at grade four of the elementary stage (Boys and Girls) and will be a basic subject starting next academic year (1432/1433). The teaching shall be gradual and the teachers should be qualified enough to teach English language as approved by a panel formed by specialists of the Ministry of Education and English-versed individuals of other concerned bodies. 2- The Ministry of Education shall report to the Cabinet on considering teaching of English Language in an early stage (prior to grade four), provided that the Ministry has the necessary preparations and qualified cadres. The Cabinet approved the renewal of membership to the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) of Abdulaziz bin Zaid Al-Quraishi, Mohammed bin Obaid bin Said bin Zaqar, and Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Athel for five years as of 13/03/1432. The Cabinet approved a number of appointments as follows: 1- Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Al-Sheikh appointed to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2- Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al-Faar appointed to the post of Director General of the Minister's Office (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Water and Electricity.
