Three people were killed Tuesday in separate attacks in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, and northern city of Kirkuk, police said. Two Iraqis were killed and six wounded in explosions that targeted three houses in Kirkuk, police chief Sarhad Qader told the German Press Agency "DPA". The secretary of Baghdad's governor, Hatem Karim Muhsin, was shot in front of his house in the southwestern al-Amil district, said a security source.
