Awwal 21, 1432, April 25, 2011, SPA -- A boat owner in eastern Congo says 72 people are missing after his boat capsized, possibly because of bad weather and high winds. The Associated Press quoted Owner Maneno Muzuka as saying that seven survivors were recovered from the capsize that happened early Monday on Lake Kivu. Bukavu town security chief Jeanmarie Bwishe says 80 people were on board.
