Awwal 14, 1432, April 18, 2011, SPA -- An Afghan official says six policemen have been killed in a roadside bomb blast in eastern Afghanistan. Ghazni province Police Chief Gen. Zirawer Zahid says the Afghan policemen were on patrol on Monday morning in Jaghatu district when their vehicle struck a bomb planted in the road. He says all six policemen inside the vehicle were killed in the explosion, which occurred about 6 miles (10 kilometers) west of the provincial capital, Ghazni city, according to a report of the Associated Press.
