Awwal 24, 1432, Feb 27, 2011, SPA -- Afghan officials says two bomb blasts have killed eight people in southern Afghanistan. Kandahar provincial government spokesman Zalmai Ayubi says Sunday's explosion occurred in Arghandab district, on the outskirts of Kandahar city. In another blast, District Police Chief Niaz Mohammad said five police were wounded but none killed, according to a report of the Associated Press.
