Awwal 12, 1432, April 16, 2011, SPA -- Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh has said that the participation of a Saudi delegation of intellectuals, thinkers and writers headed by the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Muhaydin Khoja in the activities of Algerian city of Tlemcen, as Islamic Cultural Capital 2011 due to be opened here today, comes within the framework of enhancement of cultural relations between the peoples of the two countries. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Al-Saleh stressed the embodiment of the principles of dialogue and rapprochement among cultures of the world, noting that Saudi Arabia has contributed to laying their foundations through the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud for the initiatives of dialogue among cultures and followers of religions at the United Nations and in Madrid, Spain in particular.
