Awwal 1432 H. / 15 April 2011, SPA -- Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arrived here today to take part in the events of "Telmsan, the capital of Islamic Culture for 2011", scheduled to be opened tomorrow by President Abdulaziz Boutaflika of Algeria.
At Telmsan airport, Dr. Khoja was received by Mrs. Khulayda Tomi, Algeria's Minister of Culture, and Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh, Saudi ambassador to Algeria.
