Based on the latest available data, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 1.21 points, or 0.01 percent, at 12,381.26. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 3.72 points, or 0.28 percent, at 1,324.45. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 8.91 points, or 0.32 percent, at 2,771.51.
