Akhir 26, 1432 / March 31, 2011, SPA -- President Traian Basescu of Romania received the Speaker of Majlis Al-Shoura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Alsheikh and the accompanying delegation, currently on an official visit to Romania. The President welcomed the Shoura Council Speaker here today, confirming his keenness to enhance the cooperation relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all fields. He expressed appreciation of the Saudi role in organizing the Economic Forum for GCC member countries in Bucharest, asserting his wish to facilitate the investment process of GCC businessmen in Romania. For his part, Al Alsheikh conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, his Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier, and their best wishes of steady progress and prosperity for the people of Romania. The two sides also reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields and tackled issues of mutual concern. -- SPA
