General President of Meteorology & Environment signs SR 700 million Contracts to Rehabilitate Gulf War Affected-Areas

Akhir 22, 1432, March 27, 2011, SPA -- Prince Turki bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, General President of the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment, signed here today a number of contracts to rehabilitate the 1991 Gulf-War affected areas in the northern and eastern parts of the Kingdom with some local and world companies specialized in treating coastal and land environments and laboratories specialized in gauging quality.
The singing included 8 contracts. Six of them were to rehabilitate the affected areas. The other two were for maintenance and cleaning of the premises of the Presidency. The total value of the contracts was SR 700 million.
