Akhir 22, 1432, March 27, 2011, SPA -- Unidentified gunmen assassinated Saturday evening an Iraqi officer working in the police academy in the city of Ramadi, Anbar Governorate. According to a local security source, the gunmen riding on two motorcycles had opened fire towards Colonel Qais Al-Dulaimi, an officer in the Police Academy in downtown Ramadi, Anbar Governorate, killing him instantly. The source, who asked not to be identified, said a Police force rushed to the scene of the attack and closed the area in search of the attackers, who are believed to have fled.
