Three killed in Switzerland avalanche

Akhir 21, 1432 H/March 26, 2011, SPA -- Three skiers were killed and six
injured in an avalanche in Switzerland on Saturday, dpa quoted police as saying.
A total of 11 people, all French tourists, were buried in the
avalanche. One person was able to dig himself free and alert the
emergency services, who launched a search for survivors. One person
was still missing on Saturday evening.
The accident happened near Bourg-St Pierre in the canton of
Valais.
