Governor of Makkah Region patronized opening of 2011 Jeddah Economic Forum

Akhir 14, 1432 H/March 19, 2011, SPA -- Prince Khalid Alfaisal, the Governor of Makkah Region, patronized here this evening the opening of 2011 Jeddah Economic Forum.
The opening was attended by Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and other dignitaries.
A speech ceremony was held on the occasion during which the history of the forum was highlighted.
In his speech, the Turkish Prime Minister highlighted strength of Saudi-Turkish relations and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's efforts to boost the culture of dialogue among followers of religions and his support for the peace process.
Prince Khalid Alfaisal made a statement in which he stressed the mutual confidence between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
