Miranda State's health director Gustavo Villasmil confirmed the death of the patient who was from Cua town, adding that four more people of the same family have been infected with the virus. Eight more people have been infected with the virus in the country, Xinhua reported. Venezuelan Health Minister Maria Eugenia Sader told official media on Friday that the government is preparing itself to combat the new outbreak of this disease.
