Explosive Device Goes off in Dagestan, No Victims

Akhir 13, 1432 H/March 18, 2011, SPA -- An unidentified person set off an explosive device at the entrance to the clothes shop “Inrike” in Dagestan' s city of Buinaks overnight to Friday.
As ITAR-TASS learnt at the law enforcement bodies, the power of the explosive device was equivalent to 50 grams of TNT. “There are no victims. The shop's entrance doors were damaged and window-glasses were broken,” a law enforcer said.
Criminal proceedings were instituted according to the article “Hooliganism” of the Criminal Code.
