Rabee'a, who led the surgical team, told reporters that Sara and Iram have undergone a successful separation surgery, bringing to 29 the number of successful separation surgeries performed for conjoined Siamese twins in Riyadh. He gave an account on the phases of the complicated operation. Al-Rabee'a extended thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his humanitarian gesture of ordering the treatment of the Algerian twins at his own expenses. For his part, the Algerian ambassador to the Kingdom Alhabeeb Adami thanked the monarch for his instructions leading to this happy end.
