Shura Council holds ordinary session

Akhir 1432 / 14 March 2011, SPA -- Presided over by its Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, the Shura (Consultative) Council passed the controversial article No. 76 of the Corporates System, dealing with premiums proposed for members of the boards of companies in the Kingdom.
Discussion on articles 114, 115 and 116 was adjourned upon requests of a number of Shura members.
The rest of articles of Corporates System have been approved by the Council in previous session.
