Akhir 23, 1432 / March 28, 2011, SPA -- Presided over by Assistant Speaker Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Barak, the Shoura Council amended at its 16th session of its 3rd year of its fifth round the finance leasing system, registered real estate mortgage system and the stock market system. Following the meeting, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Secretary General of the Shoura Council, noted the three bills had been returned by the Cabinet for more discussion. He explained that the Council amended and finally passed the first two bills and made some amendments on the 2nd and 3rd articles of the stock market system. Then the Council resumed discussion on the annual reports for the two fiscal years 1428/1429 and 1430/1431 H. on the performance of the Ministry of Culture and Information. The meeting was adjourned to give the Cultural and Information Affairs Committee more time to study and accommodate the reservations of some Council members on the performance of the ministry.
