Taking the oath, they vowed to remain loyal and sincere to their religion, king and nation, not to divulge any of the State's secrets, perform their work with the most required sincerity, authenticity and loyalty and maintain the country's interests and observe its rules and regulations. The monarch sent his greetings to the leaders of the two countries, wishing the ambassadors every success. For their part, the two ambassadors thanked the King for the royal confidence bestowed upon them, swearing to exert the utmost effort to serve the religion, king and nation.
