Awwal 23, 1432 H/Feb 26, 2011, SPA -- A judicial committee formed to oversee amendments to Egypt's constitution on Saturday proposed reducing the presidential term and imposing a two-term limit. The draft proposed by the committee sets the length of the president's term at four years, dpa reported. The amendments are expected to be put to a national referendum. The current presidential term is six years, with no limits on the number served.
