Awwal 11, 1432, Feb 14, 2011, SPA -- At least 12 people were killed and 8 others injured as a result of a fire in a passenger bus in Punjab province of Pakistan. The Pakistani Police said that the incident occurred early in the morning near the city of Kojar Khan when the bus caught fire. The bus was carrying more than 60 people. It was heading to the city of Rawalpindi after a wedding reception. The security forces and local relief teams participated in the relief works and in the transfer of the injured persons to the hospital. "Among the dead persons are four children and three women," the Police added.
