Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jaber Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and the visiting Portugal's Prime Minister Jose Socrates, held official talks here today. The talks focused on the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of boosting cooperation in various fields as well as a number of regional and international issues and other matters of common concern. Following the talks, two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed in the field of renewable energy and the optimal use of energy as well as in the Tourism sector.
