The Royal Court said in a statement issued today that emanating from the assessment of the Government of Saudi Arabia of the exceptional circumstances being witnessed by the brotherly people of Tunisia, its wishes that security and stability prevail in this dear country spread over all Arab and Islamic nations as a whole, and its support for every action that benefits the brotherly people of Tunisia; the Government of the Kingdom has welcomed the arrival of Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and his family in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Government announces that it stands fully by the Tunisian people and it hopes that the Tunisian people unite in overcoming this difficult phase of their history, it said.
