The World Scouts Fund declared Saudi Arabia as the leading backing nation to scouts training and rehabilitation programs in poor countries, through Scout Peace Present program adopted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud over the last three years, which witnessed participation of more than 10 million scout and leaders from all over the world. In a press conference, the Financial Director of the Fund John Gigan hailed the 39th World Scout Conference currently taking place in Brazil, graced Saudi scouts role in environment protection and public service through serving the pilgrims. For his part, the Vice President of Saudi Scouts Association Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Fahd said that the Saudi scouts are fielding the biggest delegation in the conference under the support and follow up of Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammad, Minister of Education and President of Saudi Scouts Association, who is paying the scout movement utmost interest and care and sharing Saudi scouts their national and world occasion. -- SPA
