The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has condemned the bomb blasts in Jos, Nigeria, which killed dozens of innocent people and injured tens of others. While conveying his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the government and people of Nigeria, Prof. Ihsanoglu maintained that such deplorable crimes cannot be justified under any circumstance and therefore urged the authorities to identify the perpetrators of these terrorist acts and bring them to justice. The Secretary General finally appealed for calm and prayed for the quick recovery of those injured in the incidents.
