Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Salou Djibo of Niger on the occasion of the anniversary of his county's Republic Proclamation.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the president permanent good health and happiness and the people of Niger steady progress and prosperity.
